THOUGHTS
In general, most individuals develope and or care about their physique. They care about their appearance. We see it every day. Some worry about their weight. During the warm season, they want a beach body. Look around at fitness clubs. It seems that there is a fitness club or gym popping up on every street lately. I remember years ago when fitness clubs were scarce, expensive and the member had to commit to a long term contract. Heck, I even remember when fitness clubs were not even used to work out and stay in shape but, they were a place to socialize and meet people. Hence the label "Meat clubs." But, this is for a future discussion. You see, we seem to pay attention to things that we can see and feel. But, many individuals ignore the mind. Why is that? I believe it is twofold. One aspect is that we can not see the mind. We can not see our thinking. And two, we take our mind for granted. Why is that? Well, the answer should not be a shocker to anyone. The mind came for free. We inherited it at birth. We can all agree that the mind is the most important element of our humanity. But, many prefer to put more value on their expensive cars, houses or even jewelry than they do their minds.
Your mind is your connection to your universal power. To the source off all things. To the god within. Your thoughts that originate in your mind are the molds that hold the pieces together that, through time will harden and cement the ideas and end at the manifestation point of your life. Thoughts can be good or bad. So knowing this, why not concentrate upon the things you want. Or, just positive ideas. In manifesting your desires in life there is no big or small thoughts. It is just thoughts. It does not take any more or less effort. A thought is a thought. Emerson writes on thoughts, " To the soul that maketh all; And where it cometh, all things are; And it cometh everywhere; I am the owner of the sphere, of the seven stars and the solar year, of Caesar's hand and Plato's brain, of Lord Christ's heart, and Shakespeare's strain." You see by this eloquently stated poet, that it all starts with the mind. To me this is more obvious than common sense, if there is such a thing. Everything you see. Everything surrounding you as you read this writing started with the mind. A builder can not build the structure you are in right now if he first did not have an idea in mind of what it is supposed to look like. Same for the chair you are sitting on. Same for the lap top, I-pad or I-phone you are reading this writing on. Same for the clothing you are wearing. Same for the car you drive, etc...
You see every aspect of your life revolves around your mind. We can only do, be, have accomplish, what we think in our minds we can do, be, have or accomplish. If you can conceive it in mind, and you know you can, you can achieve it, and you know you can! I encourage all to use this amazing power of the mind to create the amazing life that you want. Go through life with an awakening. Allow this beast of creativity and pure love to exhibit this amazing power within you. Allow the real you to manifest into the life of your dreams. Be the one where people say that you have a sparkle in your eyes or a bounce in your step because once you understand this amazing power, you will be set free. I leave you with a poem about life.
" Fear is loud and bossy. She can be vicious at times. And the worst of it is that she often mingles truth with fiction. But you must learn to challenge the stories she feeds you. You are beautiful and resilient and worthy of building a thoughtfully crafted life. "
