POWER WITHIN
Do you believe in miracles? I do not. Let me explain. In order to believe in a miracle, you have to believe that it was by chance. I believe, there is a higher power at work here. You can call this higher power what ever you like. Some call it Jesus. Some call it Allah. Some call it Yahweh etc.. I prefer to call this higher power a source. Similar to energy. As I experience life, I have, and continue to study and read about this topic. I refuse to believe that my physical being is all there is. There must be a universal source that we came from? I have witnessed child birth and that experience has contributed to my beliefs. A doctor with modern medicine assisting my wife with delivering my child, is just that - assisting. There certainly must be another power or source that is really in control.
When you go to sleep at night, you ever wonder who or what keeps your heart beating? Your other organs functioning? There has to be something greater than us at work here. And, this something has to be universal. It is in every one of us. It does not discriminate. It is available to all of us equally.
In this confusing time where we currently have a pandemic identified as COVID-19 around the world, it reinforces my understanding and necessity to connect with my source. I do this through the power of meditation. Most who know me know that I am not a religious person although, I am very spiritual. I am not attempting to sell or favor one faith over another. My purpose is to open people's minds. It does not have to be religion or else. You do not have to choose one or the other. You can be a spiritual person with or without religion. You see religion needs spirituality whereas spirituality does not need religion.
You have the power within to change your life. It is in all of us. All you have to do is tap into your source. I have described this the following way. Think about you as a drop of water. A drop of water has no significant power alone. However, if you merge that drop of water into the ocean, it has all the power of the ocean. We are similar in that alone, we are powerless but, if we connect to our source, we are powerful. For me, I find that I can connect to my source by meditating. I encourage this practice. It is extremely soothing and energizing. Why I do not believe in miracles is because if you truly connect to your source you can achieve or accomplish any of your heart's desires and it becomes routine. I leave you with a quote by Albert Einstein.
"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle."
Just a thought
