MIND

A mind is the most powerful component ever created by the powers to be.  I describe it as the powers to be because of a lack of universal agreement when describing the "creator."  Many religions will associate the creator with the leader of their particular faith.  This writing is not about leaning towards a particular creator or faith but rather, a general power that has no religious affiliation.  A general, all loving god or energy that is in everything that is alive on the planet.  You see, I believe that it really doesn't matter what you call it as long as you understand that it exists.  I rather refer to this all present energy as just that, as opposed to a personality, as many religions would rather you believe.  But whether you call is Jesus, Allah, Buddha or whatever you prefer, one thing we can all agree on is that it is an omnipotent, all encompassing power, which is part of our mind. The mind is the element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel;  the faculty of consciousness and thought.  It would appear to me that you can not be human without a mind.  But yet,  most individuals take it for granted.  There is a component of all humans closely associated with the power of the mind.  That component is autosuggestion.  Autosuggestion is very powerful and influential on the mind.  I describe it for simplicity as a pilot on an airplane.  The pilot programs the plane, goes through all the safety checks to make sure all the instruments are working and takes off  expecting to arrive at the anticipated destination without any complications.  The pilot commands the plane and the plane responds.  The mind is similar with autosuggestion.  In this scenario, you (pilot), are using autosuggestion, to program the mind (plane), on your destination or, whatever it is you want to accomplish or manifest.
Autosuggestion is the easiest way to program your mind into accomplishing your goal.  If you really think about it, every person on earth has used autosuggestion in one way or another.  An example that you may have experienced is, if you ever told yourself that you needed to get up in the morning at a certain time and you did without the assistance of an external devise or person.    But, the problem as I see it, is that since we take our mind for granted, we then neglect to use the power of autosuggestion in a positive way.  When you say, "you can't," you are using this incredible power in a negative way.  And then, you wonder why you can't! Or when you say, "I'm beat," and, feel tired and beaten.  I have accomplished things in my life simply by saying that I will accomplish them and then taking action towards my inevitable accomplishment.  This is something we all have the power to do.  It is not reserved for a few chosen ones.  So, my question to you is, why not use this power in a positive way?  Lets all take a 14 day challenge.  Before checking out to sleep tonight, make a list of all the things you want to accomplish tomorrow.  When you get up in the morning, start your day saying you will have a very productive day.  I will bet you that not only will you accomplish everything on your list, but, you will be much happier.  I leave you with a quote by Shakespeare.  " To be or not to be that is the question.  Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing, end them."
